I’m Dheeraj Kaushik Guduri.
My work life hasn’t followed a single straight line, and that’s been intentional. I started out in technology and product-facing roles, spent time working on design and UX, collaborated closely with engineering, and eventually became a co-founder building something long-term in the space of education, careers, and the future of work.
At Caarya, I’ve worn many hats over several years. Alongside being a co-founder, I’ve worked on how organizations function, how programs are run, how platforms scale, and how people collaborate when things are still taking shape. A significant part of this journey has involved working on innovation, not as abstract ideation, but as the practical work of turning new ideas into systems, programs, and offerings that could actually be executed and sustained. I’ve also stepped into design, communication, and positioning work whenever it was necessary to make systems usable, understandable, and adopted.
What connects all of this isn’t a job title, but a consistent pattern. I tend to work on clarity in complex environments: where people, systems, and intentions need to align for anything meaningful to move forward.
I’m most comfortable in spaces where structures need to be designed rather than inherited, and where execution problems are more about coordination and clarity than effort alone.
I’m currently open to work.
Based on the kind of work I’ve done and how I tend to operate, I’m usually a strong fit for roles such as:
